Elizabeth Ducottet - CEO of Thuasne

She is President and CEO of Thuasne, a family business founded in 1847, which she has been running since 1991. She joined the company in 1980, initially as an executive assistant and then as sales director. Under her leadership, Thuasne has become a global player in the medical device industry, with a presence in 110 countries, 2,400 employees, 16 industrial sites, and revenue of €281 million in 2023, 50% of which is generated internationally.

A psychologist by training, with degrees in linguistics, speech therapy, and management (CPA – HEC Paris), she sits on numerous economic and scientific bodies (Banque de France, Universcience, Fabrique de l'Industrie, R3ilab, Tech & Fab for Good, etc.).
She is a Commander in the National Order of the Legion of Honor (October 24, 2017), awarded by the President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron.

Olivier Schiller is CEO of Septodont, an international family-owned mid-sized company founded in 1932. He represents the second generation at the helm of the Group.
Septodont has a turnover of more than €500 million, a significant portion of which comes from international sales, and employs approximately 2,400 people. As the world leader in dental anesthetics, the Group offers a wide range of solutions for dental medicine, including anesthesia, endodontics, and restoration.
Present in more than 150 countries, Septodont has several production sites in Europe, North America, India, and Brazil. Mr. Schiller also holds several economic representation positions: advisor to the Banque de France, ambassador for Team France Export, director of the France-Israel Chamber of Commerce, and former ambassador
for medium-sized companies to the government.

Virginie Calmels - Founding President of Futurae & President of CroissancePlus

At the head of Futurea, a rapidly growing group dedicated to education and training, Virginie Calmels' work is guided by an ambitious vision: to train the talent of tomorrow and support the upskilling of the workforce. Futurea brings together several innovative entities in higher education and vocational training, with a strong presence in the Île-de-France region.

Founder of CV Éducation, she has built her career in major groups such as Canal+ and Endemol, which she managed in France and then internationally. She has been a member of the board of directors of Iliad (Free) since 2009 and has chaired the boards of Euro Disney and OuiCare.

Committed to public life, she has been deputy mayor of Bordeaux, vice president of Bordeaux Métropole, and regional councilor for Nouvelle-Aquitaine (2014–2020). Now also president of CroissancePlus, she campaigns for a more business-friendly economic environment.

Frédéric Coirier - President of Poujoulat & Co-President of METI

Frédéric Coirier joined the family business Poujoulat in 1999 as a project manager.

He quickly took charge of developing the Group's strategic plan, before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2002, then Chairman in 2006.

Committed to the development of French industry, Frédéric Coirier is Co-President of the Movement of Medium-Sized Enterprises (METI), founded by Yvon Gattaz. For more than 15 years, he has been actively promoting and defending French medium-sized enterprises, which are the true pillars of French manufacturing and drivers of sustainable job creation.

He is also Vice-President of the Renewable Energy Union (SER), affirming his commitment to energy transition and sustainable development.
